Retail park under new management

Property consultancy Innes England has been appointed to manage a retail park in Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

Victoria Retail park is home to a number of brands including Home Bargains, Asda, and Farmfoods, spanning more than 23,000 sq ft of retail space.

The team will provide an extensive range of services, from rent collection to service charge management. Innes England is also advising on matters such as sustainability and environmental initiatives.
