Microlise sees profits soar as it hits acquisition trail

Microlise, the Nottingham-based provider of transport management software to fleet operators, has reported a rise in revenue and profits for the 12 months to June 30.

Turnover at the company rose by almost 14% to £57m, while profits were also up – from £700,000 last year to £2.2m this time around.

Nadeem Raza, chief Executive, said: “We are proud of the group’s financial performance in the last 12 months reflecting the strength of our long-term customer relationships and growing demand for our products. “With our award-winning end to end platform, leading position in the UK, and growing international presence, we are well positioned to complement organic growth with value-accretive acquisitions.”
