Nottingham software firm sold as private equity firm exits

Private equity firm LDC has exited its investment in Nottingham-based Centiq to SoftwareONE, a global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions.

The deal follows a six-year partnership between LDC and Centiq.
