Recruitment firm snaps up tech counterpart
TXM Group, the £250m turnover recruitment and consultancy business which has offices in Derby and Birmingham, has acquired technology recruitment consultancy NextGen Partners in a deal that will expand its reach into Europe.
NextGen Partners (NGP) complements TXM’s resourcing capability in IT and cyber security, adding expertise in SAP and Salesforce and taking it into the DACH (Austria, Germany, and Switzerland) region.
The deal marks the next step in the Group’s plans to grow its TXM technology recruitment offering worldwide, covering cloud, data, DevOps, agile development, and cyber security. This follows TXM Group’s expansion into the US and Australian markets. NGP Founder John Currell will retain his role as managing director, leading the growth of the NextGen brand.
