How the scheme would look

Plans have been revealed for a new industrial scheme in Nottingham that could see a new employment park built.

Medina Green is behing plans, submitted by Rayner Davies Architects to build seven new industrial units on derelic land to the south of Glaisdale Drive East.

Five of the units would be 4,252 sq ft in size – with a 753 sq ft mezzanine floor, while the remaining pair would be 2,314 sq ft.

The planning application relates to a “shell and core” scheme, with units completed by end users.

A planning statement reads: “The proposed scheme will create an efficient building which is both respectful of its setting and conforms to local planning policy guidance, and as such will make a
positive contribution to the area.”
