Reloaded and ready to rock: Hot Property is back

The property and construction event of the year is back and bigger than ever. With last year cancelled due to the pandemic, only the second time the event has been called off in its 15 history, Nottingham Hot Property (NHP) is gearing up for its most anticipated night yet.

We’re therefore going back to pre-pandemic times and taking a look at the 2019 event, before kicking off with this year’s theme, sponsors, and charity from next week.

More than 800 industry leaders danced, sang, and celebrated at the fifteenth annual NHP event held at PRYZM, with the funds raised going towards helping vulnerable young people across Nottinghamshire. The chosen charity for 2019 was Switch Up, a Nottingham organisation that uses a combination of physical activity, mentorship, counselling, and education to help young people with complex issues.

The ‘Throwback’ themed event was certainly one to remember with the set list including smash hits such as ‘Danger! High Voltage’ by Electric Six, ‘Don’t Stop Believin’ by Journey and ‘Wannabe’ by the Spice Girls, which will be remembered for years to come.

Max Kwan, Nottingham Hot Property trustee, said: “Last year’s event was absolutely incredible with all the acts stealing the show with their fantastic performances. We also loved supporting local charity Switch Up, raising an incredible £25,000 – our highest total yet!

“Hot Property brings together so many professionals and I’m so thrilled that we’re back for 2021. I can’t wait to see the band and performers get back up on stage and the audience have an amazing night – we certainly all need it after the last 18 months.”

This year’s event will be held at PRYZM on 2 December and include an exciting line up from the East Midlands’ property and construction industry. With rehearsals well underway for this year’s event, a raft of new faces are set to join the hundreds of people who have taken to the stage over the years.

Tickets are now available to buy here: https://buytickets.at/nottinghamhotproperty/588095 and the sponsors will be announced shortly.
