73 homes to be built in Leicestershire market town

Owl Homes has been given the go-ahead to build 73 homes in a Leicestershire town.

The housebuilder was given approval by Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council to build the scheme in Market Bosworth. It will be made up of two-, three, four- and five-bedroom homes, including 29 affordable properties.

Owl Homes says it is looking to be on site next Spring.

A statement from the firm said: “We would like to thank all of our colleagues, consultants and the Development Management team at Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council for their assistance in securing planning consent on what will be a flagship development for Owl Homes in a superb location. Also, a special thank you to David Pendle at Marrons Planning for speaking on our behalf at the committee.”
