Tyre firm rolls into new premises and winning bidding battle
On behalf of private clients, Chris Proctor of FHP Property Consultants has sold Spring Road in Ibstock, Leicester.
FHP says the the quoting price on the premises was “vastly exceeded”, with the purchaser being Tyrefix UK, a local business represented by Alex Reid of Mather Jamie.
Proctor said: “This was an excellent opportunity, which attracted both owner occupier and investor interest. With such a vast number of underbidders on the property there remains a strong unfulfilled freehold industrial market in Leicester and the UK wide.
“The result exceeded my client’s expectations, and I am delighted to have concluded this sale with Tyrefix UK who are an excellent fit for the property.”
