Bathroom supplier taps into Derby for expansion

Trade supplier Clifton Trade Bathrooms has expanded into Derby, after taking 5,812 sq ft of a new build development at Eagle Park.

Clifton Trade Bathrooms is a supplier of tiles fittings, adhesives and silicones for bathroom fitters. Most of the firms showrooms are based in the Midlands and northern England.

Occupying a spacious unit, this property is completed to an open plan shell specification, ready to receive the tenant’s fit-out.

Graham Bancroft, partner at BB&J Commercial who brokered the deal, said: “The letting to Clifton Trade Bathrooms provided my client with another strong covenant in their property portfolio. This is the tenant’s 24th unit and we were delighted to welcome them to the Eagle Park site, and we believe that they will be a great success.”
