New JV to bring forward luxury homes scheme in Leicestershire village

Homebuilder Wynbrook Homes has signed a JV partnership with Sepia Developments and Lock Key Properties to build a 10-home luxury residential development in the village of Somerby, Leicestershire.

Planning consent was approved by Melton Borough Council in February 2021 and work will now start on site to build a scheme that will consist of two 2-bed semi-detached houses, three 3-bedroom houses, three 3-bedroom bungalows and two executive 5-bedroom houses.

Construction has been marked with a ground-breaking ceremony with representatives of Wynbrook Homes, Sepia Developments, Lock Key Properties and Edward Cooper Young Chartered Surveyors.

The new homes are due to be available from early Spring 2022.

Edward Cooper Young Chartered Surveyors is acting as agent for the JV Partnership with the estate agency being undertaken by Benton’s.
