Logistics firm sails into Castle Donington with new office

A logistics firm has taken office space at Castle Donington.

FHP Property Consultants has brokered a deal to let the ground 2,500 sq ft floor office suite at Unit 6, Boundary Court, Willow Farm Business Park to Cardinal Maritime.

Thomas Szymkiw, of FHP’s office team, said: “The ground floor office suite at Unit 6, Boundary Court provides a fantastic office for Cardinal Maritime Ltd and I am delighted to have helped them with their expansion plans.

“The deal was conceived and completed in quick succession to enable them to move in just before Christmas – which made the transaction even more pleasing for all parties involved.”
