Mo Miah

Chesterfield-based bridging loan provider, Bridge Help, has added to its business development team with the appointment of Mo Miah.

Bringing 11 years’ experience with major high street banks and building societies, Miah joins Bridge Help’s team of regional business development managers.

He said: “I’m passionate about helping people and providing great customer service, that’s why I got into this sector. Working at Bridge Help is a great opportunity for me to develop broker relationships and work alongside them throughout the loan process from initial enquiry to securing funds. That is a very exciting prospect for me.”

Rob Clubbe

Barlborough based housebuilder Harron Homes has welcomed Rob Clubbe to its marketing team.

After completing a BA in Marketing from Wolverhampton University, Clubbe started his career on a graduate scheme with Beazer Homes almost three decades ago.

Since then, he has worked with an assortment of housebuilders including Persimmon, Berkeley, Countryside, Crest Nicholson, and Avant.

He said: “I’ve worked briefly with other industries, but housebuilding always lures me back in! I love the challenge that comes with the variety in each day and the anticipation that comes with the possibilities of social media marketing as well as the rapid advancements within the housing industry itself.

“Sustainability is going to be a huge focus over the next few years so it’s exciting to see how that changes the way we work. The great thing about building new homes is that it allows us to look to and prepare for the future, the possibilities are endless.”
