Landmark management instruction for NG

NG Chartered Surveyors has been instructed to manage a major landmark building in one of Nottingham’s Hockley area.

Jude Weston, director at NG, will head up the management of the Grade II listed Heathcote Buildings on Heathcote Street.

The building is home to a number of independent retail and leisure users to the ground floor, while the upper floors houses refurbished self-contained office suites, with the building as a whole extending to over 32,000 sq ft.

Heathcote Building was designed by renowned local architect Walker & Howitt on behalf of HG Jalland, completed in 1881, and was restored and converted in 1992.

NG has been instructed on behalf of the landlord Heathcote Buildings Limited.
