New digital agency launches with conversion as credo

A new Nottinghamshire digital agency has been launched by website conversion specialist Robert Deans.

Credo has been created to help business and website owners to understand the reasons why their website isn’t performing or delivering the results they want or expect.

Specialising in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Credo’s team of seven, led by Deans will be working with e-commerce and service based companies, whilst also partnering with other digital agencies.

Deans said: “CRO is a very specific niche in digital marketing and one that is often overlooked. However, it is crucial if you want to get your website to actually perform at its very best. Organisations invest major resources in terms of time and money into websites that they are rightly proud of but sometimes, something just doesn’t quite click.

“We specialise in finding those bottlenecks and improving the entire customer journey. The result is not only more traffic but a more seamless experience for the user and the reward for that is very simple, better conversion, whether that is at a checkout or in securing that crucial lead.

They then plan and set up A/B and split tests, interpret and understand the data and then combine that user data with user psychology to create measurably better conversion rates.

Credo’s team is working from home during the launch phase but Deans is actively seeking office space for the new agency.

“Right now, we will keep to the home/hybrid working model that we’ve been using during the set-up of Credo but we already have plans for growth in terms of the team. These are exciting times and we can’t wait to help our clients to start making some seriously impressive gains with some relatively simple changes. Of course, they are only simple if you know what to look for and what to change. Of course as CRO experts, we absolutely do, it is afterall, our Credo!”
