Fifth acquisition in 18 months for construction consulting and testing services group
Leicester-headquartered construction consulting and testing services business Construction Testing Solutions (CTS) has acquired West Midlands-based measurement services firm GT Certification for an undisclosed amount.
The deal is the fifth in a series of recent swoops by CTS following its acquisition of CGL Limited in November 2020, Nicholls Colton in February 2021, Silkstone Environmental in August 2021 and Mason Evans in January 2022.
GT Certification, which specialises in construction materials testing and torque and force calibration services, is based at Tipton. The company employs 39 people and operates nationwide.
