Land deal to bring forward new homes in Burton Joyce

Northern Trust Company has sold of a 1.7 acre site in Burton Joyce, Nottinghamshire via Savills Nottingham development team, to a local developer.

Outline planning consent was granted by Gedling Council for 15 new homes on the 1.7 acre site, off Orchard Close.

Mike Grindrod, director at Northern Trust, said: “We are absolutely delighted that all of the hard work of the team has delivered this strategic site and concluded the sale to a local Derby based house builder.”

Ann Taylor, development director at Savills Nottingham, who led on the sale, said: “After the pandemic-related challenges experienced in 2021 it is great to see this site sold to local developer, NA Homes who will deliver niche new homes into this buoyant housing market, with a sales launch towards the end of 2022 to early 2023.”
