Ancillaries firm swoops for Kettering foiling services business

Profoil, the Kettering-based provider of foiling services to the fenestration and building materials markets in the UK and Ireland, has been acquired by Gloucestershire ancillaries firm Window Widgets.

The team behind Window Widgets has formed a new company, The Q19 Group, following the acquisition.

The Q19 Group was advised by Cattaneo Corporate Finance and Legal Clarity, with Shawbrook Bank providing financial support.

Profoil’s management team was advised by Kingswood Business Sales, a division of Richmond Capital Partners.
