People: Innes England; Sills & Betteridge

Grace Conisbee & Aman Verma

A pair of employees at Innes England have become qualified chartered surveyors.

Grace Conisbee, who is part of the property consultancy’s team in Derby, and Aman Verma – a former footballer who works in the firm’s Leicester office – are both celebrating after achieving the milestone.

Conisbee said: “Innes England has been hugely supportive of my personal and professional development. The whole team, especially our director Scott Osborne, who leads the programme, has backed me 100 percent of the way with generous amounts of study leave and regular meetings with internal experts to help guide my progress.

“Throughout the process they encouraged me to succeed, both for my own career and so that we can support our clients.”

Verma added: “I’ve worked a long time for this, all of which wouldn’t have been possible without the support offered by Innes England.”

Sills & Betteridge LLP has expanded its residential property team in Nottingham with the appointment of a new associate solicitor.
