Thai restaurant chain chooses Nottingham for first East Mids venue

A national Thai food restaurant chain is set to enter the Nottingham market, TheBusinessDesk.com understands.

Rosa’s Thai will take the former Loch Fyne unit at York House on King Street in the city centre.

Rosa’s first restaurant was opened in 2008 in the Spitalfields area of London. It has expanded rapidly and now has multiple venues around London, Wales and central and northern England.

The Nottingham restaurant will be the company’s first in the East Midlands. It was set up by husband and wife team Alex and Saiphin Moore. They also run the Lao Cafe in London together.
