Commercial property consultancy snapped up in £1.8m deal

A commercial property firm which operates from two sites in the East Midlands has been acquired for £1.8m.

Budworth Hardcastle, which has offices at Kettering and Northampton, has been snapped up by national property consultancy Eddisons.

The Midlands firm was established in the 1990s and has a team of 18 staff.

Leeds-headquartered Eddisons has a network of 25 offices across the UK.

Eddisons’ managing director Anthony Spencer said: “I am very pleased to welcome the Budworth Hardcastle team to Eddisons, which extends our footprint in Eastern England.
