Popular brasserie reopens after refurbishment

Browns Nottingham's new look

A popular bar and brasserie in the heart of Nottingham’s professional services quarter has reopened its doors following an extensive refurbishment.

Browns – a regular haunt of the city’s business community and journos alike – relaunched last Thursday (7 July) with a brand new art deco-inspired look.

The revamped venue boasts several bookable spaces including a private dining room with space for up to 16 guests.

It will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and host live piano performances every Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime.

Simon Gardner, general manager at Browns Nottingham, said: “The level of transformation we’ve had is amazing and both myself and the whole team are incredibly proud of our new brasserie.

“We can’t wait to open the doors and welcome guests, both old and new, to experience the new Browns for themselves, we hope they love the new look.”
