Expanding marketing agency restructures leadership team

(L-R): Katie Bregazzi, Sarah Ball, Andy Ball & Lauren Doyle

A Derby-based marketing agency has restructured its leadership team and made a significant investment in its headquarters.

Balls2 Marketing, which works with companies in the glazing and construction industries, has made its founders Andy and Sarah Ball joint managing directors and added a further two faces to its senior team.

The news comes after the agency invested a sizeable sum in office renovations at its base on Jubilee Business Parkway in Derby, including a complete overhaul of its downstairs space.

Lauren Doyle, who has risen through the ranks at the agency over the past eight years, has been promoted to client strategy director. She will work alongside new hire Katie Bregazzi, who joins the company as operations director.

Alongside the restructure, the growing firm has announced a trio of appointments and promotions as it looks to achieve its target of doubling turnover in three years.

Harry Morgan has been promoted to account manager, Emily Fox has taken on a newly-created role as studio manager and Jack Cunnington has come on board as a PR and content executive.

Balls2 Marketing’s joint managing director Sarah Ball said: “Working with the newly formed leadership team, collectively we will be focused on leading the business from strength to strength based on two key factors: innovation and culture. This is a hugely exciting time for our agency, and we’re already reaping the rewards of the talent and changes we’ve recently made and are on track to achieve the ambitious commercial targets we set for this year.”
