Property agency strengthens residential team with senior hire

Savills has bolstered its residential sales team in Lincoln with the appointment of a new director.

Ben Kendall brings more than 20 years’ experience to the property agency.

He joins Savills from a local independent agent where he held roles as senior associate and office manager.

Kendall began his career as a commercial agency surveyor before moving into the residential sector 12 years ago.

He will be based at the firm’s Olympic House office on Doddington Road in the city.
