Fast-growing creative agency adds four

Expanding creative agency Fluid Ideas has welcomed four new members of staff, taking its total headcount to over 50 people.

The Derby-based firm celebrated its 18th birthday in January and posted record annual revenues of £3.2m in the year to November 2021.

Now, Nicole Davies, Tom King, Will Davis and Matt Thompson have come on-board as the firm looks to continue on its upward trajectory.

Davies joins Fluid’s websites and systems team as project manager, while King joins the agency’s brand and creative team as a multi-disciplinary designer.

Digital marketing graduate Davis will work within the firm’s search and social team.

Thompson, who brings over 20 years’ experience to the company, has joined the design and artwork team.
