All smiles as dentistry group becomes latest tenant at major Grade A office development
Smile Dental has become the latest tenant at Cardinal Square in Derby after Nurton Developments invested a further £150,000 in the landmark scheme in a bid to boost the wellbeing of its occupiers.
The dentistry group has joined the likes of Freeths, City Fibre and the NHS at the Grade A office development, taking 1,350 sq ft of space in a deal brokered by agents at FHP and Rigby & Co.
Smile’s arrival at Cardinal Square follows Nurton's investment in a new courtyard created by local firm Talbot Landscaping.
