Nottingham agency extends footprint in the capital

A digital marketing agency founded in Nottingham in 2012 has expanded its operations in the capital with a move to a new office.

Impression opened its first London office in Borough in June 2021 but has outgrown the space following a surge of new hires.

The King Street-headquartered agency recently passed the 100-employee mark, with 12 new hires coming on-board in the last quarter alone. It now employs 80 staff in Nottingham and 25 at its new, larger office in Borough.

The news follows a busy period for Impression, which has rapidly grown its client portfolio this year. Recent appointments include major brands such as Norse Atlantic Airways, The Access Group, HyperJar and eflora.

Zoë Ogden, people director at Impression, said: Reaching 100 staff is really exciting both for us as an agency and also for our clients who benefit from top talent working for their businesses. This year, in particular, we’ve put a huge amount of time and effort into making Impression a great place to work, collaborating with our people to create an inclusive, market-leading offering.

“Whilst the current landscape looks uncertain, Impression still has ambitious plans and looks set to achieve 35% growth in 2022, and core to achieving this is a focus on its people as a priority.”
