Builders’ merchant takes 14,000 sq ft in Worksop

Travis Perkins has relocated its Worksop operation to a purpose-built 14,000 sq ft site on Vesuvius Way.

The builders’ merchant and home improvement retailer has joined the likes of Asda, Greggs and Burger King at Vesuvius following the sale of its Carlton Road premises to Euro Property Investments.

FHP Property Consultants acted on behalf of CEG to let the 2-acre site, which is surrounded by 16 trade counter units.

The East Midlands agency also completed the sale of Travis Perkins’ former site, with Leicester-based Phillips Sutton acting for the buyer.

Both agencies have been retained to re-let the premises at Carlton Road.
