The successful graduates

East Midlands-based law firm Timms Solicitors has promoted three members of staff to senior roles through its Pathway to Associate programme.

The ten-month programme is designed to help Timms’ employees progress into management positions at its offices in Derby, Burton, Ashby and Swadlincote.

Family law solicitor Jessica Barnett, wills and probate specialist Charlotte Day and conveyancer Katie Holmes have all made the step up this year.

Managing partner Fiona Moffat said: “We have been impressed with the commitment and dedication shown by all three of these young legal professionals who have proved their skills and ambitions to develop their careers with Timms.

“We designed the Pathway Programme to nurture talent within the business and ensure that our legal professionals have a clear light of sight to promotion within the firm.

“We look forward to Jessica, Charlotte and Katie progressing further and embracing the other training and development opportunities that are available to them.”

Bob Bushby, Nielsen McAllister’s managing director, added: “It is fantastic to not only welcome Hannah on board but to also see Rhiannon progress to a Senior Account Executive role, at a time when we’re seeing huge interest in our services.

“We have an incredibly strong team and I feel that Hannah will be a great new addition, bringing her own skill sets, enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to support both our existing portfolio and new clients.”
