Global group announces £3.5m swoop for financial advisory firm

International wealth management giant Kingswood Holdings is set to acquire a Lincoln-based financial advisory firm which manages more than £105m of client assets.

JCH Investment Management generated revenues of £901,000 and profits of £406,000 during the last financial year.

The company boasts a ten-strong team, including three advisors, and works with over 240 clients across the region.

Pending regulatory approval, the acquisition will be completed for a total consideration of £3.5m payable over a two-year period.
