Law firm snaps up Yorkshire rival

Lincoln-headquartered law firm Sills & Betteridge has snapped up Sheffield counterpart Acclaimed Family Law.

The Yorkshire firm – the third to be acquired by Sills & Betteridge as part of an expansion drive in the region – will continue to operate under its own name from its base at Cathedral Chambers on Campo Lane.

Sills & Betteridge has also completed swoops for South Yorkshire law firm Bridge Sanderson Munro and Rawson Family Law of Sheffield in recent years, and now has five offices in the county.
