Manufacturer makes plans for expansion with new 13,000 sq ft unit

Crytec, the commercial and industrial equipment supplier, has taken the lease on a 13,000 sq ft unit on Albert Martin Business Park in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

FHP Property Consultants sealed the deal to bring the Chesterfield-based manufacturer to the Kirkby Road site.

FHP’s Anthony Barrowcliffe said: “I am really pleased with this letting, Crytec Limited are a great addition to this estate with ample room to aid their rapid expansion.

“We have lots of exciting opportunities still on the Albert Martin Business Park and I welcome any conversations with any live requirements within the East Midlands market.”

Matt Cryans of Crytec added: “We needed additional warehousing at short notice and Anthony was extremely quick in getting us the right space quickly.

“Anthony also played a key role in getting the lease over the line in a quick fashion, we would look to use FHP and Anthony again for our business needs in the future.”
