Derbyshire contractor wins place on £10bn Government framework

Derbyshire-headquartered construction giant Bowmer + Kirkland has been appointed to a new Government framework with a total value of £10bn.

The Belper firm will work on a range of modular education, justice, healthcare and defence projects under the Offsite Construction Solutions Framework, which is being orchestrated by the Crown Commercial Service.

The framework will run for four years with an option to extend for a further three years.

Chris Arno, main board director responsible for Frameworks at Bowmer + Kirkland, said: “Once again our success is down to the hard work of many people. We have proved our worth as a successful framework contractor through our work with the Department for Education. Bowmer + Kirkland is now well established as a public sector contractor alongside our extensive experience for private clients.”
