Phenna Group scores with hat-trick of acquisitions

Phenna Group, the acquisitive Nottingham-based testing, inspection, certification and compliance firm, has completed a hat-trick of acquisitions.

The company has snapped up Nottinghamshire-based enviromental consultancy Ramm Sanderson, US-based PKI, which specialises in cybersecurity and a majority stake in Stockport health and safety consultancy DM Safety & Health.

RammSanderson was established by Oliver Ramm, Nick Sanderson and Anthony Mellor. Since 2014, it has grown to a team of over 50 staff, based out of offices in the East Midlands, West Midlands, Yorkshire and Northern Ireland.

PKI Solutions is a cybersecurity specialist providing public key infrastructure (PKI) products, services, and training to give organizations confidence in their identity and encryption systems.

DM Safety & Health operates across the UK as a health and safety consultancy specialist offering a variety of services covering construction design and management regulations, principal designer, quantity surveyor, project management and support services.
