Signs are good for growing Beeston firm

The company's new Beeston base

The enlarged production space

A designer, manufacturer and installer of signage and graphics products has moved into larger premises with the ambition to create new jobs.

Signs Express Nottingham has relocated to a 5,000 sq ft unit at The Mill, Queens Road East in Beeston.

The company currently employs eight people, but its director told TheBusinessDesk.com that it has plans to expand further.

Paul Glover said: “The move came about because we need extra office, production, print and storage space due to the business growing over recent years and to enable future expansion.

“The new premises is ideally located to cover our primary service areas of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire – but we also have the capabilities to service nationally as it gives us the ability to more of our products and service customers more effectively and efficiently.”

Signs Express was previously in a 2,000 sq ft unit, and Glover told us the move means the company can look to expand into other service lines.

He added: “Since moving, we are now able to offer a wider range of services an explore opportunities in other related markets. We have invested in the latest equipment to ensure that we can meet the demands of all our customers.”
