Developer snaps up prime Nottingham retail unit
Bullish property investor ALB has snapped up another property on Nottingham's high-end shopping street, Bridlesmith Gate.
ALB has bought the Joules unit at 25 Bridlesmith Gate, in a deal brokered by Box Property and Robinson Webster.
ALB has plans to convert the vacant upper floors into office or residential accommodation.
