Housebuilder goes for growth with new MD

Avant Homes East Midlands has appointed a new managing director to lead its regional expansion strategy.

Ben Felton, a former MD of Persimmon Homes, brings 16 years’ industry experience to the role.

At Avant, he will work closely with the land, construction, technical and sales teams as the company looks to add to the eight live developments it currently has in the region.

Felton said: “Avant Homes is an ambitious company and one which I am very pleased to have joined.

“I am leading a great team in the East Midlands, all of whom are dedicated to growing our business and delivering more of our new range of homes throughout the region.

“The new house types have been very well received so we are focused on securing further development opportunities to make them available to more people in the places where they want to live.”
