On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Sales professional Clare Buttery has joined Chesterfield-based NLT Training Services as business development executive.
Buttery brings a wealth of business development experience to her new role, having held senior sales roles at businesses including Coca Cola, Veolia UK, Molson Coors and Cadbury.
She said: “My own career has been driven by excellent training delivered at key moments by quality providers, so I am passionate about helping employers with their training needs. Enabling individuals and organisations to develop and flourish is so rewarding. NLT’s link with the CMI accreditation body means that I have confidence in the product I am tasked with expanding into the wider market.”

Clare’s appointment reflects a renewed focus on business growth and supporting businesses and their employees adapt to the training demands of post-covid working landscape.”
Derby estate agency Tristram’s has appointed Daisy Pridden as a business development manager.
She brings with hera wealth of experience, having worked for a large national agency for a number of years and then more recently as lettings director of another East Midlands based agency.
Jaime Hammond, director at Tristram’s said: “Daisy has come on board to work closely with our existing and growing portfolio of clients, to assist new clients that are entering the buy to let market and those seeking to use an alternative agent to manage their portfolio.
“Tristram’s has recently celebrated expanding our operations into Derbyshire and is actively looking to acquire estate agency businesses across the East Midlands to expand our footprint.”
