Property consultancy firm to lead Leicester City Council’s improvement programme

Property consultancy Pick Everard has been appointed to a new framework deal with Leicester City Council.

The deal is for an initial two year contract with the potential for a further extension of two years, and will cover over 30 disciplinary services.

Pick Everard, as the frontrunner for the ‘Lot A’ on the project Construction Professional Services Framework will provide multi-disciplinary consultancy covering the entirety of the council’s estate.

This will include schools and education, transport, art galleries and museums, leased premises, public and office buildings and housing.

National director at Pick Everard, Matt Hall said: “As sole multi-disciplinary supplier, our aim is to deliver real value to the city, building on our previous work across a broad and varied estate, that will deliver the best possible outcomes, with high quality assists that will positively impact this generation and the next.”

As a prominent participant in city-wide improvement initiatives, Pick Everard has made significant contributions by managing projects such as the relocation of the Leicester Royal Infirmary East Midlands Congenital Heart Centre in 2021.
