Final space filled at Derby industrial park
The Dunstall Park regeneration project by Derby’s Ivygrove Development has reached its conclusion, marked by the final available space being leased.
Acting as agents for Ivygrove, Salloway Property Consultants have secured two tenants for the last block of units.
Comprising a combined area of 31,500 sq ft, the two units will soon house West Midlands-based Advanced Maintenance Supplies and Riverside Medical Packaging, located in Derby.
Situated on the Osmaston Park Industrial Estate, Dunstall Park was created on a former Rolls Royce car park spanning 7.18 acres. Found just off Ascot Drive, this project includes 21 business units, covering about 81,200 sq ft in total. It also features a newly built Police Station.
Hugo Beresford, the surveyor at Salloway said: “Initially we acquired the site for Ivygrove and our first deal saw an agreement with Derbyshire Constabulary to procure a new Police Station.
“Since then, Ivygrove has built a range of workshop units in their trademark high-quality style, all of which we have let or sold. The park is now the home for 19 progressive businesses. Ivygrove has already embarked upon its next project known as Merlin Park on Osmaston Road where we can offer new build industrial premises from 240sq.m., with practical completion of the first available units anticipated at the end of this year”.
