£9.6m finance facility secured for housing project

Lodge Park has secured a £9.6m finance facility from Paragon Bank’s Development Finance division for its St Edmund’s Place project in Buckinghamshire.
This development, situated in Maids Moreton between Buckingham town centre and Bletchley train station, consists of 12 new five-bedroom detached homes.
St Edmund’s Place marks the seventeenth financing agreement between Paragon and Lodge Park.
Northamptonshire developers, Lodge Park, specialise in constructing high-quality residences in the Midlands and beyond.
The recent agreement was facilitated by relationship director Adrian Reeves on behalf of Paragon, with support from portfolio manager Jess Pilkington.
