International property consultancy to move into Nottingham Cubo offices
JLL, the property services company, has moved into a new base in Nottingham.
The business has moved to Cubo Nottingham Standard Court, on Standard Hill. The 50,000 sq ft refurbished building is the site of the former Nottingham General Hospital and the largest within Cubo’s portfolio.
The new office will allow JLL’s 14-strong Nottingham team to work flexibly.
JLL joins Adtrak and global software company Infosys who have already committed to the building.
David Findlay, lead director at JLL Nottingham, said: “We recognise the important role that offices play in collaboration and fostering culture and wellbeing, and high quality ‘hotel’ style office accommodation such as this allows us to integrate this role perfectly with an equally important flexible working environment.
“Cubo prioritises quality and flexibility for staff in its designs, from the hours they work to fitting in a degree of exercise and leisure time. That’s why its model is doing so well. Serviced offices are becoming more and more popular across our corporate client base and the wider business community, and we’re confident that Standard Court will be the perfect home for our team.”
Marc Brough, CEO at Cubo, added: “We’re thrilled to welcome the JLL team to Cubo at Standard Court in Nottingham. They are one of a growing number of corporate companies who are rethinking their accommodation strategies and moving towards a flexible working model at Cubo.
“Location, great space to work from and flexibility are the main drivers for ambitious businesses. Cubo at Standard Court provides all this and much more, thanks to its unbeatable location, local amenities, and the sheer quality of the space. It is a place with a real presence on the city’s skyline.”
