Land and property company snaps up Leicestershire business

Sheldon Bosley Knight, a land and property company operating in central England, has has bought Granger & Co, based in Leicestershire.

Andrew Granger & Co has offices in Market Harborough, Oadby, and Loughborough, managing approximately 1,000 rental properties and listing around 400 properties for sale each year.

SBK will also integrate Andrew Granger & Co’s rural, commercial, and planning departments into its operations, along with retaining all 50 staff members who will continue to work from the three existing offices.

The directors of Andrew Granger, including Mark Sandall, Andrew Robinson, Peter Buckingham, and Rupert Harrison, will remain with the company, which has been in operation for over 30 years.
