Hair company seals non-exclusive agreement with Boots
Mark Hill Hair has entered into a non-exclusive agreement with Boots, allowing them to offer its products via other retailers for the first time in 20 years.
Mark Hill Hair’s product range will continue to be exclusively available in physical Boots stores, but customers will have the opportunity to buy its styling tools, accessories, and hair care products from various online retailers.
The brand, established by the acclaimed celebrity hairdresser Mark Hill, is most renowned for its Pick ‘N’ Mix range, allowing customers to create a customized, interchangeable curling wand with over 20 different attachments.
Leanne Heath, managing director at Mark Hill Hair said: “Our partnership over the past two decades with Boots has been a huge success, and resulted in us becoming a British hair styling staple. We look forward to continuing to work with them, alongside other online retailers which match our bold brand personality.
“The global hair care market is expected to grow from $99 billion in 2023 to $1147 billion by 2030 and we’re seeing more fashion and consumer electronics brands broadening their product ranges to become a one-stop shop for the entire look, including the hairstyle. We have a number of exciting partnerships in the pipeline, and we look forward to sharing further details soon.”
