On the move: the latest East Midlands hires
Pepperells Solicitors has appointed Rebecca Scott and Charlie Mercer in a newly-established Dispute Resolution Department in its Lincoln office on West Parade.
Victoria Neale, deputy head of department said: “We’re pleased to welcome Becky Scott to the Dispute Resolution team.
“Becky is an associate solicitor with vast experience, she will be a great asset to the business and we are excited for the future growth of the department in Lincoln. Becky will be covering all areas of dispute resolution with the support of Charlie Mercer, a paralegal, who will both be based in our Lincoln office.”
Scott added: “I’m looking forward to getting involved with the wide variety of cases the teams in Scunthorpe, Hull and Newcastle already undertake. This includes, employment cases, claims against public authorities, personal injury, criminal injury compensation claims and where medical negligence is alleged. Also, landlord and tenant matters, separating couples who are unmarried and any other potential disputes.”
Tracy Bray
Alfreton-based supplier of specialist roofing products PermaRoof – part of PermaGroup – has strengthened its sales team with two senior appointments.
Mick Coulson and Tracy Bray bring more than 50 years of combined experience to the sales team. Coulson joins PermaRoof as area sales manager covering Yorkshire and the Northeast, and Bray has been appointed as area sales manager taking over the South Wales and Southwest regions.
Holly Bramwell, who took over as group sales manager at PermaGroup earlier this year, said: “Mick and Tracy are excellent additions to our sales team at PermaRoof. They bring vital knowledge and experience that can only be gained through decades of working in the industry, and we’re excited to have them on board.
“Both appointments are part of our ambitious expansion plans that will see our presence grow to a new and larger scale, and we’re keen to explore the opportunities and possibilities that this will bring both for us and our customers.”
