A warehouse complex in Mansfield is set for approval.
The development is planned to occupy a significant portion of farmland situated between the A617 and A6075 Abbott Road in Mansfield.
The project is awaiting the decision of Mansfield District Council's planning committee, scheduled for Monday, October 23, to transform the area into six employment units.
Primarily designed for warehousing, logistics and office use, the site will include 417 car parking spaces and aims to generate 500 jobs.
