Nottingham developer Charterpoint and housebuilder Snape Properties have applied for permission to build 90 new homes on a 12-acre plot near Louth.
This area, an extension to Westfield Park, has the initial go-ahead for 90 properties, and now, a detailed plan has been submitted to the East Lindsey District Council for the next phase of the development.
