Property consultancy firm secures planning at Leicestershire business park

Property consultancy firm Carter Jones has obtained planning permission for an industrial storage facility in Meridian Business Park on behalf of Euro Property Investment Limited and its development delivery partner Henry Davidson Developments.

Planning permission was approved by Blaby District Council on October 5th.

Situated on a 1.38-acre site in Meridian Business Park in Leicestershire, the project will deliver 21,062 sq ft of warehouse/office space.

This initiative aims to generate employment opportunities for the local community.

The specific end-user for the site remains to be determined
