Plans unveiled for a new leisure complex in Leicestershire
A plan to bring a new bowling alley, a restaurant and flats to Leicestershire is set to be approved.
The leisure complex, off Belvoir Road in Coalville, is part of the wider regeneration of the town.
Gylo, the owners of Coalville's Belvior shopping centre put forward the proposals, which include 28 new studio apartments alongside the bowling alley and restaurant.
The planning application was initially submitted in May 2022 but is now only going to the North West Leicestershire District Council's planning committee for approva...
