Logistics developer expands Northampton office with raft of hires

Gilly Stafford, Adam Lloyd, Mark Gowan, Jonathan Wallis, Shaun Metcalfe and Danielle Cawley

National logistics developer Tritax Symmetry has expanded its Northampton office with the addition of five new hires to support the company’s ongoing growth.

Adam Lloyd, formerly of SEGRO, takes on the role of development director.

Lyoyd is a chartered surveyor with 15 years of experience in industrial and logistics and has a background in asset management and development roles before focusing on big box development in 2017.

Mark Gowan, a chartered engineer with over 25 years of experience, joins as an associate construction director.

His background includes senior roles such as project director, operations director, and chief engineer in both the UK and overseas.

Gilly Stafford is the new finance manager, bringing over 20 years of experience as a commercially minded financial controller in pharmaceuticals, construction, and property management.

Shaun Metcalfe, previously with Leeds Beckett University, joins as an assistant planner, and Danielle Cawley comes on board as an executive assistant in the Northampton office.

Jonathan Dawes will assume the role of head of planning, and Ben Sanders will become the head of construction at Tritax Symmetry.
