Insolvency firm sold to southern counterpart
Lutterworth-based insolvency firm FA Simms has been sold to FTS Recovery, which has its offices in Milton Keynes.
The acquisition sees FTS Recovery add to its national presence by taking on all the FA Simms offices including: Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Kent, Leeds, London, Leicestershire, Manchester, Norwich, Oxford and Reading. FTS Recovery has also bought the FA Simms brand and its various websites.
FTS Recovery director and head of recovery Marco Piacquadio, said: “We are very excited to welcome Richard and the wider team to our corporate family.
“FA Simms is an excellent fit for us. We hope to continue the great work achieved by FA Simms over the years and believe both their and our clients will quickly see the many benefits that our combined efforts can achieve.

FA Simms was established in 1978 by Frank Simms and has latterly been led by managing director Richard Simms, who also now joins FTS Recovery.
